Theatre People Sings
Theatre People is hosting a great night of performances at their Theatre People sings industry night on June 27th in Melbourne. Performers include Gretel Scarlett (Singin’ in the Rain), Ed Grey (WICKED), Daniel Assetta (CATS), Jensen Overend (Fiddler on the Roof), Josh Robson (Les Miserables), Amanda Harrison (Witches) and John O’Hara (Songs For a New World). Tickets are available from Theatre People Sings at the cost of $20.00 each

The cast of You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown have been busy rehearsing for their show which begins on June 21st at the Alex Theatre, St Kilda.

Australian performer, Kate Ceberano (South Pacific) has been awarded an AM (Member of the Order of Australia) in recognition for her contribution to the Australian arts industry and charitable organisations. Congratulations Kate !
Curtains full cast announcement
The full cast of The Production Company’s musical Curtains has been announced. Spearheaded by Simon Gleeson, Melissa Langton, Colin Lane, Alinta Chidzey, Alex Rathgeber, Lucy Maunder, Zoe Coppinger, Jared Bryan, Stephen Wheat, Simon Maiden, Nicki Wendt, Tony Rickards and John Wood.
The ensemble consists of:
Daniel Assetta, Alicia Attwood, Amy Berrisford, Matt Douglass, Brett Fisher, David Hammond, Ashleigh Hauschild, Jess Lindon, Joe Meldrum, Anthony Pepe, Madeline Perrone, Justine Puy, Emma Russell and Darren Tyler.
Curtains show for 10 shows only from August 20th to 28th at The State Theatre, Melbourne.

Australian actor and singer, Andy Conoghan joined the UK production of Les Miserables (currently at Queen’s Theatre, London) as Bishop of Digne/ 1st cover Grantaire. Andy’s first show was June 13th. Congratulations Andy!
