Matthew Lee Robinson Presents New Voices Showcase

Direct from developing his musical Atlantis with Broadway creatives in New York City, Helpmann-nominated composer/lyricist and performer Matthew Lee Robinson returns to Melbourne to showcase 12 exceptional new musical theatre artists from Melbourne and around Australia at Melbourne’s Chapel Off Chapel for one show only on Monday 29th May at 7.30pm.

The showcase will present the talents of Georgia Burley, Claudia Chayna, Jaime Hadwen, Bram Harris, Mitchell Lagos, Eloise Martyn, Tayla Muir, Sarah Murr, Louise Roupas, Joseph Spanti, Erin Waller and Sam Ward, as they perform songs from across Robinson’s musicals Atlantis, Happy People, Metro Street and Sing On Through Tomorrow, including the Australian premiere of never before heard material created abroad.

Robinson’s music has most recently been heard in concert at Carnegie Hall, the Sydney Opera House with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, the Junior Theater Festival in Atlanta, and the Lincoln Center Broadway’s Future Songbook Series in New York City.
