THE SEARCH IS ON! OPEN CHILDREN’S AUDITIONS FOR LES MISÉRABLES

 

Cameron Mackintosh’s acclaimed new production of LES MISÉRABLES will be holding further auditions for Melbourne-based children who can act and sing. All children who meet the specified criteria are invited to attend the open auditions on Tuesday 8th April and Wednesday 9th April.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of one of the most popular musicals of all time.

In this legendary production Young Cosette and Young Eponine find themselves amongst the frenzied world of the Thénardiers. Young Cosette’s CASTLE ON A CLOUD is one of the most moving moments in the show while charismatic, young street urchin Gavroche plays a crucial role on the barricades showing audiences exactly what LITTLE PEOPLE can do.

With glorious new staging and dazzling reimagined scenery inspired by the paintings of Victor Hugo, this new production features classic songs including I DREAMED A DREAM, BRING HIM HOME, ONE DAY MORE, DO YOU HEAR THE PEOPLE SING? and ON MY OWN. The much-loved blockbuster musical will commence previews on June 22 and opening night will be held on July 3 at Her Majesty’s Theatre.
