The Melbourne Fringe Festival returns in 2016 with a focus on family. An extensive program for children and adults alike offers a number of exhilarating shows full of fun, colour and imagination.

Melbourne Fringe Creative Director Simon Abrahams says, “This year, we’ve put a particular focus on children as cultural citizens with something important to say and their right to access great art. We have also provided a platform for them to express their unique views of the world.  There’s literally something for everyone, with work made for babies all the way through every single age bracket.”

Kids Club

Melbourne Fringe presents its first ever Kids Club, supported by Melbourne’s Child and Lucas Dental Care. Why should grown-ups have all the fun? Designed for children of all ages, the Kids Club is an inclusive and participatory space with free daily programming throughout the last week of the Festival, from body positive dance workshops to a Fringe Footy Club.
