Burning House is proud to announce its first production for 2017 – Maxim Gorki’s SUMMERFOLK. A Chekhovian tragicomedy about embracing life with ardour and strength, and Burning House are delighted to bring this rare gem from the canon to the stage.
We will be holding auditions in the city from 9am – 5pm on Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th, and 5pm-9pm on Monday the 19th and Tuesday the 20th. Please email [email protected] if you are interested in auditioning!
The production is a profit-share rehearsing part time from mid-January and opening in late March. We are interested in finding actors who can play instruments as well, though this is not a requirement.
