The annual festive celebration, Carols in Queen Park, will take place on Saturday, 7 December in the iconic Queens Park in Moonee Ponds.

This free event is a fantastic opportunity for the community to gather with family and friends to celebrate the holiday season with song.

Carols has something for everyone this year, with a wonderfully vibrant and diverse entertainment line-up for the evening.

Acts include: dance troupe e.motion21, Australian musical theatre star Angela Lumicisi as well as local talents, Moonee Valley Community Choir, Moonee Valley Brass, Tahlia Eve, Peter Westwood and students from local schools.

Adding to the impressive line-up is the incomparable Master of Ceremonies, Richard Thomas, who will return to host the evening.

Free children’s activities will commence at 5pm with Christmas crafts, face painting, photo booth, roving entertainers and a pop-up library. Carols will begin from 7pm.

Candles, food and refreshments will all also be available for purchase at the event.

Everyone is invited to this magical evening to enjoy a festive night out with family and friends.
