Celebrating everything that is Broadway, On Broadway features some of the most iconic Showtunes of all time. From Rogers & Hammerstein to Andrew Lloyd Webber, from Rent to West Side Story, A Chorus Line and everything in between. On Broadway is guaranteed to have you dancing in your seat and singing in the shower for weeks to come.
Presented by Flourish Productions, an emerging Independent theatre company with a solid track record for high quality, national productions (The Songs of Ahrens & Flaherty, Hayes Theatre Co. Sydney 2015, Sing on Through Tomorrow, Melbourne Cabaret Festival 2016, Let It Be: The Songs of Lennon & McCartney, Chapel off Chapel, plus more), On Broadway features a mixture of Melbourne’s greatest up and coming talents of music theatre.
On Broadway features eight rising stars of the musical theatre world and a live three piece band. It is directed and choreographed by Leanne Marsland and musically directed by Stephanie Lewendon-Lowe.

Hailing from Newcastle NSW, Seth Drury graduated with his Advanced Diploma in Acting from the Regional Institute of Performing Arts and went on to complete a full-time year of dance training at Brent Street in Sydney. Upon graduating, Seth toured with Australia’s largest touring theatre company Brainstorm Productions, and after returning home from a short contract role with Universal Studios Singapore, Seth launched his self devised cabaret Unmasking Prince Charming at the Melbourne Fringe Festival to sold out audiences.
After performing in The Songs of Alan Menken (Flourish Productions), Seth completed the latest tour of his CONDA nominated one-man show Bring Back the Baritone and went on to complete the filming of his original children’s TV show ZooMoo Groove (ZooMooTV). Seth then joined the cast of Reefer Madness (RL Productions) and went on to be cast in season 4 of Josh Thomas’ Please Like Me (ABC) and most recently played Karl The Giant in Big Fish (RPG Productions) at the Hayes Theatre in Sydney.
Originally hailing from Bendigo, Victoria, Lachie graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Music Theatre). He played Young Ben in the star studded production of Follies In Concert – StoreyBoard Entertainment. Other credits include It’s Done (Luke), StageArt’s Falsettos (Swing) and StageArt’s Garfield The Musical (Garfield), Crown Casino’s Summer Showstoppers (soloist) and Art vs. Science Music Video Clip – Higher.
Lachie’s VCA credits include A Little Touch Of Chaos Workshop (Arthur), L’il Abner (Mayor Dogmeat), Urinetown (Officer Lockstock), Lachuisa’s The Wild Party (Black), Grateful: a celebration of the songs of John Bucchino (soloist) and 42nd Street (Abner Dillon). Prior to VCA he graduated APO Arts Academy with an Advanced Diploma in Musical Theatre and Certificate IV in Dance. Together with Amelia Homes he will be bringing Songs for Swingin’ Lovers!, a song and dance show to Chapel Off Chapel later this year.
Catherine is a Melbourne-based Performer and Producer. Graduating from Showfit in 2014, Catherine has performed with a variety of companies and Venues around the world including New York’s Birdland, the Hayes Theatre in Sydney and The State Theatre with Opera Australia. She was most recently seen creating the role of Queen Elizabeth I in The Last Torch, a new musical workshopped at The Malthouse, and in her Short & Sweet Cabaret Fangirl.
As a producer she runs Flourish Productions, best known for the ‘Songs of’ series in Melbourne & Sydney. The most recent shows include Sing on Through Tomorrow and Let It Be at Chapel off Chapel and The Songs of Alan Menken at MTC’s Southbank theatre.
A VCA (BFA Music Theatre) graduate, Imogen was a top 6 Rob Guest Endowment Award Finalist last year. Credits include Oklahoma! and Hello, Dolly! (Minnie Fay) for The Production Company, Anything Goes for OA and John Frost (Hope Harcourt understudy/performed), Disney Under the Stars for Live Nation, Antarctica for Tas Theatre Co., A Fine Romance – The Magic of Fred Astaire for JTM Productions, Follies – In Concert for Storeyboard Entertainment, Avenue Q for Prince Moo Productions, Scooby Doo Live! – Level Up and Musical Mysteries for Life Like Touring, and Elevate! for The Dizzy Biz.
Imogen is a proud member of Actors Equity and would like to thank her family, friends, and IWM for their support. She is very excited to have this opportunity to perform such a wonderful collection of Broadway classics from such renowned composers.
Originally from the Sunshine Coast, Ellie Nunan is a Melbourne-based performer who graduated from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music’s Bachelor of Musical Theatre in 2016. Since graduating, she has toured South Korea and Taiwan with the international cast of CATS as a swing, as well as understudying and performing the iconic role of Grizabella. She recently led the Australian premiere of Disenchanted as Snow White, and is delighted to join the extraordinary cast of On Broadway.
Danielle graduated from Lasalle College of the Arts with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Musical Theatre. Musical theatre credits include: South Pacific (Opera Australia/GFO), Cabaret (Singapore Esplanade Theatre), Wind in the Willows and The Reluctant Dragon (Singapore Lyric Opera), First Date (Pursued by Bear) Skye in Antarctica (Tasmanian Theatre Company) and will soon be playing the role of Grandma Josephine in the upcoming production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (GFO).
Cabaret credits include: Regards to Broadway (His Majesty’s Theatre), national tours of her one woman shows You’re My World – The Cilla Black Story and Nancy Sinatra – You Only Live Twice, and several national seasons with the Greenroom award winning group Ginger and Tonic. Film/TV credits include: The Carrot Cake Conversations (Cannes Film Festival), How it Ends (Milan Film Festival), One in a Million (Tropfest finalist), Give me a Sign (MIFF winner), So This Is It Then (winner California Film Awards) and appearances on The Helpmann Awards and The Morning Show.
Adam graduated with a Musical Theatre Diploma from DanceWorld Studios in 2011. Since then, he has toured Australia with several musicals and children’s shows and his one-man show, Namaste: The Cabaret.
Adam then spent three years working with Opera Australia, performing in several Helpmann Award-winning new productions including Sir David McVicar’s Don Giovanni and The Marriage of Figaro. Other credits include Linus in the critically acclaimed You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown for Vass Productions, First Date: The Musical for Pursued
by Bear and most recently Lumiere in Footlights Beauty and the Beast. He continues his vocal training with Lisa-Marie Parker. When not on stage, Adam can be found out and about with the animals, working as a Zoo Keeper and Presenter at
Alec is a 21 year old Melbourne based performer with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Music Theatre) from the Victorian College of the Arts. Since graduating Alec has appeared in Melbourne Shakespeare Company’s Twelfth Night, StageArt Australia’s Garfield the Musical, The Songs of Pasek and Paul with KProductions and was involved in the creation and performance of a new Cabaret Death of a Demi-Diva for the Melbourne Cabaret Fringe Festival. As well as his training in musical theatre, Alec also holds his AMEB AmusA diploma in the violin and performs as a professional musician.
