Dean Sally Thomas and GraceThe Graduate Dramatic Society are presenting Arthur Miller’s superb classic play A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE at The Dolphin Theatre, UWA.

There are five performances, at 7.30 pm from the 17th to the 20th October – and at 2.00 pm on Saturday 20th October.

A View from the Bridge is a frighteningly relevant passionate drama – of desire, jealousy and betrayal.

The play concerns a hard working Brooklyn longshoreman Eddie Carbone who provides sanctuary for his wife Beatrice’s desperate Sicilian cousins who have entered America illegally.Judd and Thomas 1

When Catherine, Eddie’s wife’s niece, falls for the handsome young Rodopho, Eddie’s touching devotion to her soon becomes terrifying jealousy.

Eddie’s delusion and progress towards self-discovery play out with devastating consequences.

This gripping play is directed by award-winning director Barry Park. It features a strong cast of actors led by Dean McAskil with David Cotgreave, Sally Barendse, Grace Edwards, Thomas Dimmick, Judd Millner, Emerson Brophy, Neale Paterson and Matti Helm.
