You are hereby invited to the celebration of the wedding of Morrie McAdam- a Protestant, to Reen Delaney- a Catholic. The evening is completed with a full wedding buffet dinner and desert provided as part of your ticket. Drinks are available at bar prices.
As the evening progresses, the family members try to preserve social grace and dignity in the face of impending disasters. After the drink has flowed a little too freely, mayhem and humor ensue with what the playwright, Jack Hibberd, calls "the testing of strengths of the newly conjugated tribes".
