Full Name: Casey Bradley
Other Info: Casey Bradley is the creator and author of the online Blog ‘STAGE WRITE’, and works in collaboration with this as a Freelance Theatre reviewer. She studied a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne, with a double major in English and Theatre Studies and Creative Writing. In 2012 she worked in the ‘National Play Festival – Departures’ on ‘Destination: Scotland’, ‘Destination: Broome’, and 'Destination - Melbourne' with several playwrights. Over the past three years Casey has performed with the Australian Shakespeare Company’s Bravehearts productions of ‘A Midsummer Nights Dream’ (2010), ‘Romeo and Juliet’ (2011), and ‘As You Like It’ (2012). Bradley is the Artistic Director of the Melbourne University Shakespeare Company, her directing credits for the company including Macbeth (2012) and The Merchant of Venice (2013). Bradley was also one of the inaugural Melbourne Theatre Company Youth Ambassadors in 2010. Over the years her writing has been published in Drama Victoria’s Education Magazine ‘Mask’, in the Melbourne Theatre Company Subscriber Magazine ‘Scenes’, The Age Online, as well as her online Blog ‘STAGE WRITE’ being promoted on the MTC official website. Bradley is currently an In-House Reviewer for Union House Theatre, and the Theatre Sub-Editor for Farrago Magazine at the University of Melbourne.
