By day Amara is the Drama coordinator and senior Drama and Theatre Studies teacher at Beaconhills College, Pakenham.  And it is only out of school hours that she lets the true ‘theatre nerd within’, free. She has performed in countless shows over the past 15 years- acting, singing, stage managing, production managing, costuming and directing. She is currently on the PEP Production Company and can be seen in Dandenong Theatre Company’s upcoming production of ‘Songs for a New World’ in November.
