Encore's Hay Fever

Regularly on Mondays at approx 00.50 am, Cheryl Threadgold gives a very comprehensive overview of Melbourne's amateur theatre on the Keith McGowan "overnighters" program. I've met Keith on a number of occasions and he, like Philip Brady, is very supportive of local talent and theatre companies.

With this said, last night, just before turning off the radio at approx 2.15 am, I was listening to Keith McGowan on 3AW and he was raving about ENCORE THEATRE's recent production of HAY FEVER and I just wanted to share this with "our" theatrical world.

I did not see the show but the feedback Keith was giving was brilliant. He congratulated the artistic team, the actors, the venue, he even raved about the people who served refreshments!!

So Encore Theatre, although I did not personally experience your fantastic production - I now wish I had!! Well done!!
