Introducing BEAUTIFUL THINGS:  A REALLY GOOD LOOKING MUSICAL by Drew Downing.

In a time of celebrity politicians, fake news and political correctness, four of the world’s most attractive superstars have joined forces to spread the word of inner (and outer) beauty. GLEAM (The Good Looking and Aesthetics Movement) is a painfully handsome force. In this live interview, our beautiful things explain their humble beginnings and lifestyles in a materialistic world.

They have the cheekbones. They have the bronzer. It’s time to strike a pose.

Also premiering in StageArtXposed 2017 is the second stage development of the award winning: LAY DOWN SALLY: AN ORESOME NEW MUSICAL ROBBIN’ HEARS ALL AROUND THE WORLD! By Spencer Hadlow, Andrew White and Taylen Furness.

Australia’s sport-obsessed culture is on full display in this original musical comedy.

Following her infamous ‘lay down’ incident in the women’s rowing final at the 2004 Athens Olympics, Sally Robbins is on a road to redemption.  Swapping her oars for a bicycle, Sally is attempting to cycle her way back into Australia’s heart by snagging a gold medal in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

With a line-up of Australian sporting characters like Steven Bradbury, Shane Warne and Margaret Court to name a few, Lay Down Sally is a satirical look at what it really means to be an ‘Australian Sports Star’.

Starring: NICOLA GUZZARDI (A Super Brady Cabaret), SARAH CALSIÑA (In The Heights, Dreamgirls), TAYLEN FURNESS, SPENCER HADLOWANDREW WHITE
