Currently in previews at Her Majesty’s Theatre, Melbourne, Mary Poppins is set for a lavish opening night Thursday 29 July.

Mega-Producer Cameron Macintosh and legendary director Sir Richard Eyre are already in town and will be joined by brilliant choreographer Matthew Bourne in time for opening night.

Already boasting the most star-laden lead cast assembled to date for this show, the company of Australia’s Mary Poppins also features a host of local theatre favourites such as Adam Murphy, Christina Tan, Troy Sussman, Michael Lindner and Natalie Alexopoulos.

Relative newcomers in the cast include those who have a background in Melbourne amateur theatre, such as Mitch Fistrovic and Stephen McDowell.
