GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS

 

The Heidelberg Theatre Company is bringing a Pulitzer prize-winning production to the stage this month.

 

Directed by Paul King, the all-male cast of seven will be playing David Mamet’s Glengarry Glen Ross.

 

The show is a tell-all of two days in the lives of four desperate Chicago real estate agents, who will stoop to any means to sell dud houses to reluctant buyers, from lies and flattery, to bribes, threats, intimidation and burglary.

 

The show has been described as a brilliant study of the “human piranha pool” where the Darwinian law - swallow or be swallowed - operates.

 

Glengarry Glen Ross will play from April 22 to May 8 at the Heidelberg Theatre Company, 36 Turnham Ave, Rosanna.
