Rehearsal Space for rent!

The
Kim Annette Dance School rehearsal space is now available for rent.
The size of the factory is 4300 squares and includes an office,
kitchen and toilets, foyer, TV room/waiting room and private lesson
room. The dance space is ample with mirrors, ballet barres,
heaters, fans and sound system. There is also a small keyboard that
is available for use.
If you choose to hire the space, you will have use of the whole
place but not the office as this is for dance school use only.
There is off-street parking of around six spaces and tons of
on-street parking as well.
Lots of well known companies are already using the space including:
Mountain District Musical Society and Whitehorse Musical Theatre.
 The
current availability is from 7.30 Monday and Friday,
8pm
Wednesday,
5pm
Saturday and all day Sundays pending availability. The studio is
also available every weekday all day till
4pm. Price will depend on ongoing or one-off use and will be
supplied upon request. Rates are very reasonable.
