The mantle of Doctor Who’s number one fan is a difficult role to assume considering the size and scale of the TV show’s fan base, and the fact it has been a part of popular culture for almost 50 years. Yet 30-something actor/comedian Rob Lloyd claims the title in his publicity material and does his best to demonstrate why he feels he fits the part in this very personal show.
